We are based in Sydney and provide services to our clients right across New South Wales.

Meet our Founder
Wesley Folitarik is the founder and Director of Urbanism. He offers a diversity of expertise in urban planning and property development right across Australia with over 20 years’ experience having held senior management roles in both state and local government and the private sector. Wesley has previously held roles with NSW Department of Planning, Sydney Water, NSW Crown Lands, Wyong Shire Council, Gosford City Council, Wollondilly Shire Council, Goulburn-Mulwaree Council, Parramatta City Council and the NSW Nation Building and Jobs Plan Task Force.
Wesley completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Planning at the University of Western Sydney and later and Master’s Degree in Property Development from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Wesley also serviced on the Planning Institute of Australia’s NSW Divisional Committee from 2011-14.

Urbanism was engaged by project architects to review the masterplan and concept approval of 1995 and provide strategic advice on the planning approval pathway for the campus at Middle Cove.

Urbanism was engaged to prepare a planning proposal to rezone approximately a portion of a former school site to generate a further 15 residential lots in Buxton, south-west of Sydney.
