Are you looking to build a new community facility or place of public worship?

Are you looking to build a new community facility or place of public worship?

Urbanism has extensive experience working with the not-for-profit sector securing suitable sites and gaining local planning approval for churches and community facilities

Church & Community

Urbanism is a highly sought consultancy for architects, project managers and community groups who are establishing new community facilities including places of public worship and faith-based schools. Faith-based activities provide important spiritual services and support for our local communities. But that does not mean the approvals process is any easier. In fact, Council’s routinely apply a very high standard for compliance over various matters, largely relating to traffic, amenity and privacy. Whether a new facility or changing the hours of operation or increasing capacity you need to engage the best planning consultants you can to ensure successful approval!

Some property development sites can be complicated, where a project cannot achieve full compliance.
